The Premier Group experienced fundamental problems in the maintainance of its clients flat roofs and the application of effective protection, which did little to stop continued damage to existing flat roofs. The Premier Group used a number of different contractors for all of the Shell and Total garages. Consequently, The Premier Group encountered diffculty in co-ordinating operations effectively, which had a negative effect on the actual completion of jobs.

Shelter Roofing Systems was contacted by The Premier Group to survey a Shell roof in Newport Pagnell. Upon approval of the quote, Shelter installed the Firestone EPDM single-ply rubber membrane as opposed to the original felt material, which had detoriated massively. The completion of the job was done to such a high standard that Shelter were contracted to survey and complete all of The Premier Group’s flat roofs for its Shell and Total garages.
