Shelter Roofing Systems Limited

Commercial Flat Roof Solutions

Main Contractor - Pavehall PLC Site - Drayton Hall

Shelter Roofing Systems won the contract to install the 100% reyclable EshaUniversal single layer roofing system at Drayton Hall. As an Esha approved contractor Pavehall awarded the works to Shelter Roofing Systems after a successful tender.

Drayton Hall is a building that dates back to 1780, now converted into office accomadation. Shelter Roofing Systems was tasked with the responsibility of refurbishing the existing flat roof. Upon site survey it was apparent that the ashphalt was nearing the end of its life and the roof needed some remedial repairs. However, it was also noted that the substrate was in good condition.

Upon approval to complete the works Shelter Roofing Systems firstly replaced the lead flashings around the perimeter of the roof to ensure the roof would be completely water tight. The Esha approved installation team then overlayed with Esha Universal single membrane, a fully adhered system. All the laps are welded to the highest standards of workmanship to ensure that the roof remains waterproof.

Testimonial

“Pavehall PLC chose Shelter Roofing Systems due to the high level of workmanship noted from the brochures provided. The economic viability of utilizing the ESHA system was also a motivation and bearing in mind Shelter’s previous experience with the materials, this helped in our decision to contract Shelter. We were especially happy with the way the project was managed and Shelter’s adaptable approach to suit the needs of our client as and when things needed to be put back or brought forward. Shelter finished the job on time and within budget, and I would certainly 100% recommend them to any other company.”
